I don't really have time for a portable, but would still probably buy one if they made more Shining Force games that actually bared resemblance to Shining Force I and II...

Castlevania DS is reason enough to buy one. Mariokart DS with wifi online mode is also reason enough to buy one. Imagine always being able to play mario kart multiplayer with humans

If you are talking about the system or any of the components for it, the PSP still costs roughly twice as much.

Wow, I cant believ you waist your time posting crap for the DS... That system is by far nintendos worst system, the very first nintendo still keeps you more intertained than the DS... True fact, the Gameboy Advance SP sold WAY more than the crapy DS. Another fact, every company/critic who rated splinter cell (as well as outher games, but mainly Splinter Cell) on the DS gave it a GENEROUS 1/5 or 1/10 (because 0's werent alowed), Im ashamed at who ever let splinter cell go on the DS. But any ways, you should b embarased for wanting or buying a DS. Have fun with your crapy system!

Well the DS is a good idea....just needs to be reinvented again. I do like the extra screen idea....But really...a PDA would be a better buy. You can game..and actually have something productive too.
